I've been using this lock for about a month now and I think it is fantastic. It has good weight and feels very sturdy and well made - I feel confident in leaving my bike in any bike rack around town. Also, having quick releases on both my wheels, the additional cable is very convenient.
I've read that people have broken keys inside their locks, but to be honest - I dont know how people are doing this. If you insert the key in all the way, the key will turn very easily in both directions. The only time the lock gives tension is if the U-rod is not fully inserted into the locking mechanism (letting you know that you're not closing the lock properly). Admittedly, I was hesitant to buy this lock because of all the broken key issues I've read, but once I got my hands on the lock - my doubt went away.
Overall, love the lock. Its small and fits right in my backpack with the cable. The only downside is the cheap strap the lock comes with. I didn't even bother with it since I figured I would break it in a few rides. But security is the key when buying a lock, and I'm certain I'm getting plenty of it with this lock.
