As a professional chef and Amazon.com regular, I was disappointed to see Amazon.com turn a handy well made utility knife made by Victorinox to be given away to satisfied customers to celebrate their 125th Anniversary. While this knife is well worth the asking price, it comes with a declaration that it is a gift from Victorinox! Of the dozen or so Victorinox Forschner knives in our kitchen, this is my Swiss wife's favorite blade for tomato slicing and sandwich making.
