I bought this because I own one of CamelBak's better bottles with the bit valve and straw. I got sick of using cotton swabs to clean out the mouth piece, so I bought this after I saw a reviewer had used it for such.
It works okay, but I don't even use the larger brush; it's easy enough to get a dish sponge in the bottle part.
As for the small brush, the gauge of the straw is slightly too large for the brush to really clean, but it does reach all the way through (unlike cotton swabs). I use the brush part (it comes out of the long tube easily) to clean between the twist-ridges on the cap. Regarding the mouthpiece, it's impossible to use. I'm convinced the mouthpiece is designed to be thrown away, which disappoints me.

I have another pair of Privos, and loved that I get a sneaker feel from a slip on shoe. This Privo is pretty comfy, but it doesn't offer the same footbed/arch support as my older pair. Also, the heel fits oddly. Instead of grasping your heel at the top rear of the shoe, it hugs your heel on the sides, lower down. It took me some time to get used to that, though it's horrible when walking up a steep heel as it pulls your socks down your ankles.

Based on other reviews, I sized up a half size. That was a mistake, the shoe was too large and had to be returned for my usual size.

I wanted an exercise mat that was relatively portable and that would provide a stable exercise surface when exercising in various indoor locations, such as on wood flooring, carpet, or tile. After reading the reviews for this mat, I thought it would meet my requirements.

After using this mat for some time, here is what I like and don't like about the mat:

PRO:
* this mat easily rolls up and is portable
* this mat is not too heavy to carry around
* the length of the mat allows for coverage in a variety of exercises/poses

CON:
* the mat gets slippery when wet (as when sweating), which can be dangerous
* the mat is a little too narrow for my taste. For example, my hands are off the mat when doing a pushup, unless I use a narrow hand placement

Also, though this mat is marketed as a yoga mat and so is not expected to be able to withstand more rigorous use, one day I accidentally dropped a kettlebell onto the mat and the bottom edge of the kettlebell actually cut a hole through the mat. I mention this in case anyone is thinking of using the mat in a more general exercise setting.

So this mat seems fine as long as you stick with basic body-weight exercises and, as other reviewers suggest, you use a towel or something to help prevent you from slipping if you exercise enough to work up a sweat. Boy have I had a hard time finding a pair of weight lifting gloves! My previous ones were simple leather Saranac gloves, not much padding but they lasted for several years. The leather eventually rotted out forming huge holes. But I can definitely say that the Saranac gloves were awesome.

Now onto the replacement. I tried four different types of gloves.

Harbinger 1215 Big Grip II

The Harbinger 143 gloves were OK. They didn't have too much padding, but fit very snug and were difficult to get off. Also, the fingers were short.

The Harbinger 1260 and 1215 were both unusable due to having too much padding in the palm and knuckle area. The padding is comfortable for pressing exercises (e.g. bench press), but makes it all but impossible to do pulling exercises (e.g. pull ups, curls, deadlifts, rows, etc.). You can try them yourselves, but save some money and take my word for it.

The GoFit Diamond-Trac gloves are the best of the bunch for my needs. They have a little padding in the palm, but not enough to interfere with your grip. They are lightweight, so I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I'll reserve judgment on that. They do make my hands sweat, because the neoprene on the back doesn't seem to breathe well. They run a little larger in size than the other gloves. Also, I like that they have a finger tab to help you pull off the gloves.

This item seemed like the best value for my money. We put it together, and realized the coupler holding the two pieces of shaft together was extremely flimsy. If you tighten it too much, it falls apart. We were able to put the pieces together again, but I'm sure it will fall apart again.
The next problem is my husband, who is 5'10", has to lean over to be able to scan the ground. It's not made for a person with any height.

I don't know how you can give less than 5 stars for this extremely handy $[...] product. Yes they are plastic, and I was skeptic based on former reviews but listen the way these are designed, (which is smart via the angle) provide incredible resistance. If you are a lard ass tipping 250 lbs, don't buy these, get the metal ones. But seriously these hold your weight no problem.

WHAT'S GREAT - I just started a push up regimen, starting slow because I am definitely out of shape. My routine of 4 reps consisting only 20,15,10, and lastly 5 push ups (50 total) - burns. With these push up bars, OMG I thought I was dead after 20. The extra posture, correct positioning, extra depth you get intensify your simple push up easily 2 fold.
