I got these S-Biners in several sizes to try them out for different uses. Truth is, I'd never seen this design before I stumbled upon them in Amazon (I don't camp, climb, etc.), and immediately saw how well thought out and potentially useful they could be. One of them, the #3, holds my GPS travel recorder (for photographic geotagging) to my belt loop. The #2 works great for my cell phone carrying case; the #4 for my water bottle. And on and on it goes: the uses for S-Biners seem to be endless. They seem to be well made -- I have them in black and stainless -- and, although the clip mechanism isn't hard, nothing has yet slipped off. These little biners have become an essential part of my kit, and I won't travel without them.Get more detail about Nite Ize SB234-03-11 S-Biner Stainless, 3-Pack.
