I don't know how you can give less than 5 stars for this extremely handy $[...] product. Yes they are plastic, and I was skeptic based on former reviews but listen the way these are designed, (which is smart via the angle) provide incredible resistance. If you are a lard ass tipping 250 lbs, don't buy these, get the metal ones. But seriously these hold your weight no problem.
WHAT'S GREAT - I just started a push up regimen, starting slow because I am definitely out of shape. My routine of 4 reps consisting only 20,15,10, and lastly 5 push ups (50 total) - burns. With these push up bars, OMG I thought I was dead after 20. The extra posture, correct positioning, extra depth you get intensify your simple push up easily 2 fold.
I wish I discovered this type of product long ago. Oh BTW I did own a pair of those Perfect Pushups, the ones that spin. No good, that spinning factoring is the worst thing for your push up. Keep it simple with these.Get more detail about Valeo Push-Up Bars.
